From now on, I will be calculating experience so that your characters will be able to level up and improve. Each time you go up a level (I'll tell you when), I'll give you a bunch of stuff you can choose from. These lists will depend on your current level and class (although if you really want to, you can multi-class, but you'll have to tell me).
I'll be doing each of your characters, not just the main one (if you have several). Please note that dragons do not have levels, so don't bother asking me why your dragon hasn't gone up.
I'll be giving XP on the things characters do, based on the difficulty and type of thing it is. For example, killing a rat will gain you a small amount of XP, but not nearly as much as killing a person or a bear. You'll also be able to gain XP through meaningful conversations (such as graduating from something, or completing a quest), but not through exhanges like: "Hi there!" "how are ya?" "I'm good, gimmie XP."
I'll be keeping a record of all of this in my notes, so its not likely that I'll forget. At the end of each day, I'll have a look through everything and count up your points, then pm you if your character has enough XP to advance a level. I've worked it all out, so really, you don't have to worry about any of this, but I thought you'd like to know anyway. If the RPG gets more popular, I will be asking mods to help me, but until such a time, I can handle it.
Thanks! ^^
